These Terms govern your use of envisionrm.com and the revenue management services provided by Envision Revenue Management LLC ("Envision RM"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICES: Envision RM provides hotel revenue management consulting, including acquisitions support, market and performance analysis, and daily revenue management. The scope, fees, and term of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between Envision RM and the client; that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

USE OF THIS WEBSITE: You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Content on this site is provided for general information, is owned by Envision RM or its licensors, and may not be copied or redistributed for commercial use without our written permission.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS: Revenue management recommendations are based on data and professional judgment. Market conditions vary, and Envision RM does not guarantee specific revenue, occupancy, or ADR outcomes.

CONFIDENTIALITY: Each party will protect the other's non-public business information and use it only to perform the engagement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, Envision RM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.

GOVERNING LAW: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

CHANGES: We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
